I started training w/ Karen and Tom again about 2 years ago. I love our group of strong fun loving girls. Our workouts are “Fun” and I feel great no matter what my day has been like after one. I’ve lost 35lbs, went from a 10-12 to a 6 in jeans, have more muscle definition, and energy.
Karen has also taught me how a good nutrition plan is key to keeping the weight off and feeling so much better. I’ve made our group workouts part of my daily routine and look forward to that part of my day!
