I have defiantly toned up a lot, I sleep better, I’ve lost inches and weight, and I just feel better about myself. Do you notice muscles you didn’t know you had? LOL, I notice a lot more definition in my muscles.
What is your advice for people who are on the fence? It’s an hour a few days a week that will benefit your whole world. It de-stresses you, it energizes you, it makes you more health conscious for not just you but your whole family.
Do you regret your decision to join? Not for a second!!! Has it improved your life? For sure! I’m more confident, I sleep better, and I just love being strong. Do other people notice changes? Yes, I’ve had countless people male and female ask what I do. Has this changed your life? Yes, it’s made me realize that being healthy is worth it in so many ways.
Has it helped you do things you couldn’t do before? Yes, it’s helped me fit in smaller sizes.
Do you enjoy the group you workout with? Yes, I get so much more out of working out in a group. They challenge me, they encourage me, and they’ve made me realize that no matter your age or size there’s always room for improvement.
