When I first started I had major back issues, herniated discs and spinal stenosis and arthritis in my back. I was in constant pain and I had put on a lot of weight and depressed.I wasn’t sure if me working out would be good for my back but I knew I needed to do something for my weight.
I can’t believe the transformation in how great my back is feeling. I do not require pain meds anymore and I am down 30+ pounds. This class is amazing and I have Karen and Tom to thank for the great workouts that they put together.
