This group/ladies are amazing!! I joined 3 months ago and since day 1 it has been amazing. I have more energy, eat and sleep better, and all around feel better about myself. Karen Drenth is an amazing coach, positive and a ton of fun to be around. All the ladies in the group are very welcoming, encouraging and super nice.
I can not say enough about how much I love being apart of this class, so many laughs and good times!!!! Thank you Karen Drenth for being supportive and an absolute blast to be around.
