Since starting with AFC Group Training I have gone down one pant size. While I want to be down more at least I have done that. One change I see is my arm muscles are “bigger”. When I was in Traverse City one merchant mentioned something about the muscles in my arms. I have NEVER had anybody say anything about my arm muscles.
My advice if you are unsure is try it out. You don’t know until you try. Did you know you liked pizza before trying it? I do not regret joining this group, not for ONE minute.
Has it improved my life? My body has gotten into better shape and I feel better about myself after I work out. Those endorphins are real.
How long did it take to notice changes? For a really big change it took 4 months, but I knew what I was doing wasn’t going to be an overnight process. As much as I would like to be down another 20 – 30 lbs. that is all on me and my eating. I have most of the exercise portion down.
I feel better about myself.
A big key is the group dynamic. They are part of the reason I keep coming back. It really is FUN.
